🌟 "Joy is peace dancing, and peace is joy resting." 🌟
"The joy of the Lord is your strength." — Nehemiah 8:10
In the rhythm and busyness of life, we often forget the quiet treasures God has given us: joy and peace. These aren’t mere emotions that change with the weather—they are spiritual realities rooted in God Himself.
When we abide in Christ, we tap into a divine rhythm where joy dances through our trials and peace rests over our chaos. There are seasons when joy leads the way with shouts of praise and laughter. And there are seasons when peace carries us through stillness and silence.
"Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart."— Psalm 37:4
Finding true joy isn’t about forcing happiness. It’s about delighting in Him. When we prioritize our relationship with Jesus, we unlock a deep contentment that goes beyond circumstances. He becomes our joy. He becomes our peace.
And in those quiet moments of surrender, we rest.
"In Your presence is fullness of joy; at Your right hand are pleasures forevermore."— Psalm 16:11
Let us delight in the Lord’s will. Let His law be engraved in our hearts, guiding our every step. In His presence, we find not only comfort but fulfillment.
For those of us who have survived unspeakable pain, these words are more than poetry—they are truths lived out.
I have survived things that have killed others. My life is a message of hope.
There was a time I was the object of constant dark, demonic, ritualistic abuse. Yet here I stand—not because of my strength, but because of His joy, His peace, and His presence.
Every breath I take is a testimony of God's sustaining power. And every step forward is a dance of joy upon the ashes of my past.
So today, I invite you:
Dance when you feel joy.
Rest when you need peace.
And always, always return to the One who gives both.
Because joy is peace dancing, and peace is joy resting.
And both are found in the heart of God.
